Design by Bliss is a graphic, web design portfolio site presented by the owner, Bliss Kelley, who is a Graphic, Web Designer; also a certified SEO and web marketer. Bliss built this site to display her portfolio with the intent to grow into contract work and operate as a business to offer design services.

I credit my creativity to my grandmother. I watched her paint from the day I was born. At 16 months old, she sat me in her chair and I put on her glasses and began to immitate her. So she snapped a photo! Since, I have earned my Bachelor's in Digital Design, am Certified in Web Design and Development, SEO Marketing, and Auto CADD.
